1) General Terms and Conditions By using the xerofarm.com site you accept the general conditions of sale and acknowledge having read them.
2) PRICE Prices are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of tax.
3) SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website and added to your basket.
4) WAIVER The customer is protected by the law on remote canvassing. Before delivery, the customer can cancel his order by email without penalty. Any amounts collected will be fully refunded.
5) DELIVERIES The Xerofarm company only delivers to the European Union. Deliveries are ensured by Colissimo and Colissimo international.
Plants (except exceptions) are shipped bare root.
Shipping times are 7 working days. They can exceptionally be extended.
In the event of exceptional events (heat waves, cold waves, carrier strikes, etc.), shipments are suspended until a suitable situation returns.
6) QUALITY The plants are sold in impeccable health condition. In each item sheet it is specified whether the photo is contractual or not. If it is not, this means that the plant sold is not the same as the photo but a similar plant.
Depending on the seasons, whether the photo of the plant is contractual or not, the plant may have its foliage, its flowers, or not. This has no impact on the quality of the plant and cannot be the subject of a complaint.
7) MEANS OF PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, checks and transfers.
8) DISPUTES In the event of a problem with a plant upon receipt of the package, the Xerofarm company must be notified by email with photos and explanations within 24 hours.
9) LEGAL We do not provide plant passports. Each customer is fully aware of the legislation of their country and takes full responsibility regarding the importation of plants purchased on xerofarm.com.
10) RESPONSIBILITY The plants offered comply with current French legislation. Xerofarm cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the plant purchased. Certain plants can cause injury due to their thorns or other physiological particularities, the customer acknowledges having knowledge and awareness of this and acknowledges that the company Xerofarm cannot be held responsible for any accident with them.
